Products

Software we build for ourselves.

Running our own products keeps us close to the parts of software that only show up after launch — the operating, the supporting, the version that has to replace the first one.

We build our own software for the same reason we recommend it to clients: running a product teaches you things that consulting alone does not. These are in active development — stages above are current, and we would rather say that than list a launch date we have not earned.

Flow

In development

Workflow Automation

An orchestration layer for business operations. Connects the systems a company already uses, moves data between them on defined triggers, and hands the judgement-heavy steps to a language model where that genuinely helps.

Operations teams carrying repetitive multi-system work

What it does

  • Visual pipelines over webhooks, APIs and scheduled jobs
  • Structured extraction from documents and free text
  • Retry, dead-letter and alerting behaviour built in
  • Full execution history for auditing what ran and why

Platform

In development

SaaS Foundation

The part of every SaaS product that is identical and still takes months: tenancy, authentication, roles, billing, onboarding and an admin surface. Built once, properly, so product work starts at the part that is actually differentiated.

Founders and product teams launching a web application

What it does

  • Multi-tenant data isolation from the first migration
  • Authentication, sessions and role-based permissions
  • Subscription billing and entitlement handling
  • Administrative console and tenant management

Mobile Core

Internal

Application Foundation

The cross-platform foundation we build client applications on. Offline storage, synchronisation, authentication and release tooling solved once and carried between projects rather than rebuilt each time.

Used internally on KYIRON mobile engagements

What it does

  • Offline-first local store with sync reconciliation
  • Shared authentication and secure credential storage
  • Push notification and deep-link handling
  • Release pipeline for both app stores
